About Lion Rock Resources
Lion Rock Resources (TSXV: ROAR) is advancing the Volney Project, a high-grade gold and critical minerals exploration asset located on private land in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
The 142-hectare Volney Project hosts historical gold, lithium, and tin mineralization and sits within one of North America’s most historically productive gold districts. Despite this setting, the property has seen limited modern exploration.

Historical work includes channel sampling of 18.2 g/t Au over 18.3 metres, lithium grab samples averaging 4.4 percent Li₂O, and shallow historic drilling limited to approximately 50 metres depth.
Volney benefits from excellent year-round road access and is located within the Black Hills mining district, home to the historic Homestake Mine and active gold operations, including Coeur Mining’s Wharf Mine, as well as ongoing exploration by Dakota Gold.
Importantly, the project is situated entirely on private land, allowing Lion Rock to advance permitting and exploration efficiently and maintain greater control over timelines.
With a disciplined, technically driven exploration strategy, experienced management, and a focused capital structure, Lion Rock is positioned to systematically advance the Volney Project and unlock its gold and critical minerals potential.
