About Lion Rock

Lion Rock Resources (TSXV: ROAR, OTCQB: LRRIF, FSE: KGB) is advancing the Volney Project in South Dakota's Black Hills, where Phase 1 drilling has confirmed a new gold discovery and a multi-commodity critical mineral system enriched in lithium, tin, tantalum, and additional US Critical Minerals.

The Company completed 3,600 metres of diamond drilling across 15 holes in the first modern drill program ever conducted at Volney. All nine gold holes returned mineralization, defining a zone 500 m long, 400 m wide, and 200 m deep across multiple zones that remain open in every direction.

The 142-hectare property is located entirely on private land with surface and mineral rights, enabling year-round access and rapid permitting. Volney is proximal to major operations including Homestake (40+ Moz Au produced), Coeur Mining's Wharf Mine, Dakota Gold, and Agnico Eagle.

Stable & Prolific Jurisdiction

Lion Rock is advancing a project that combines high-grade gold, high-grade lithium and tin. Each of these commodities has strong value on their own but to have them all hosted on one project – accessible year-round and near major mining projects – represents a rarely encountered potential for wealth creation.
